The Survive and then Thrive online workshop is designed to walk you through the steps of preparing your Business Continuity Plan. Not everyone can attend the live Workshops in person. This comprehensive Webinar provides extra background information and illustrations.
The package includes the Business Continuity Planning Workbook with all the forms, explanations and step by step directions to anwer the question in the forms. The accompanying videos provide illustrations of how to use the workbook and answers the prevalent question of Why the decisions need to be made in the order given.
Survive and then Thrive Collaborative Workshop – includes Workbooks
The collaborative workshop is a way to share the cost of Continuity Planning among a few small operations. It brings together 3-7 similar businesses or organizations in one day-long workshop. It is an intensive working day and participating organizations leave with a strong draft of their Continuity Plan.
One Day Intensive Workshop for Single Business or Organization
This workshop is designed to quickly move a business or organization forward in the continuity planning process. Prior to scheduling the Intensive Workshop, the business leaders in the Continuity Planning process will hold an online, or in person, interview with Dr. Grant to ensure that this is the best approach to take. While following the same basic format, each Intensive Workshop is also customized to the individual customers.
